Brief Profile

Ms. Sonali is Pursuing her Ph.D. in Commerce and Management under the stream of “Business Policy and Administration”, from Siddharth College of Commerce & Economics, Fort, University of Mumbai. She has successfully completed her MBA with HR specialization, PGPM, she has successfully completed her MBA, PGPM, Having Certification in - Executive Development program – Zen & Art of executive, Leadership (IIM Shillong). She has around 9 years of teaching and around 2 years of corporate experience with esteemed institutes. She was working as HR with the Videocon group, PE Electronics Limited.

She is GOLD Medalist in Avishkar Research Convention for continuous THREE years, organized by The University of Mumbai. (2022- 2023): “A study on SWOC analysis of women in policing with reference to Mumbai region”, (2021- 2022): “The study on women in Indian policing: breaking the barriers and lighting a path”, (2020- 2021): “An impact evaluation study of challenges faced by women in police services in Mumbai region”. Won Gold Medal as a Mentor for the research Topic “Crafting tomorrow from today's trash: Solution to Plastic Waste Management”. Achievement of “Special Contribution Award” by the Department of DLLE, University of Mumbai. Hosted Youth Festival of the University of Mumbai, i.e. Cultural and fine art events. Have done Anchoring for various activities at the university level.
