Brief Profile:
Prof. Mayank L. Dedhia is currently an Assistant Professor at St. Francis Institute of Management & Research, pursuing a Ph.D. in Management. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (M.M.S.) and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies (B.M.S.), along with UGC NET qualification in Management.
Prof. Dedhia has a rich blend of academic and corporate experience, previously serving in key roles such as General Manager, Marketing & Learning Solutions, and Manager, Training & Business Development at prestigious firms like CTS, IPL, M-Tej Consultancy, and LIC CLIA & Premium Point. His professional journey encompasses training, business development, marketing, recruitment, and education management. He has designed and delivered various training programs, managed educational courses, and mentored both students and academic professionals.
Currently, he teaches management courses and facilitates research projects, including a recently completed ICSSR-funded study on the Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Yojana.

• Over 17 years of experience:
o 11 years in academia, holding roles as Assistant Professor, Lecturer, and Program Coordinator.
o 14 years in the corporate sector, specializing in training, business development, recruitment and financial advising.

• Proficient in SAP (HR), OJMS, D-Space, and Koha.
• Experienced with data analysis tools such as SPSS.
